Delivery
- Delivery times : We ship your orders within 2 days, after confirmation. Receiving times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen, generally between 2 and 5 working days.
- Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 300.
- Order tracking : As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can follow its progress in real time.
Returns
- Return period : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
- Return Policy : Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging or tags attached.
- Return costs : Returns are free. If the product is defective or if the error is on our part, the return costs will be fully covered.
- Refund : Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
