• Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 300.
• Order tracking : As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can follow its progress in real time.

Returns

• Return period : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
